Combing Podcasting And Blogging - Easy Blog Creator

I have been interested in developing open-source software for a while now, but I either didn't have an idea of what to do or I never had the time to dedicate to such a project. Over the last year and a half I have developed an interest for Blogs, blogging, and its overall potential in the modern day media. From this interest, I made a decision that I was going to develop Blog software as my first open-source contribution to the opensource community. Along with blogging, I also became very interested in development and popularity of Podcasting. As a result, combing podcasting and blogging seem like the direction I wanted to go with my 1st OpenSource Software - Hence Easy Blog Creator was born.

Its now October 22, 2006, I've been working on developing Easy Blog Creator for about a week and half now and I have made great strides as I am almost at the Beta-release stage. Stay Tuned!
